AN ORDINANCE AMENDING :SUBSECTION (1) b 10 UNDER ARTICLE III, SECTION
1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 10,831,SAME BEING: "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A POSITION
CLASSIFICATION FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR
THE ADMINISTRATION THEREOF; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES. "; REPEALING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 11,010; DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Subsection (1) b 10 under Article III, Section 1, of
Ordinance No. 10,331, same being: "An ordinance adopting a position
classification for the City of Little Rock, Ar':.ansas; providing for
the administration thereof; declaring an emergency; and for other pur-
poses.", is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. Section I of Ordinance No. 11,010.and all other ordinances
and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. It has been determined that certain changes in the
Position Classification Plan for the City of Little Rock should be
made in order to facilitate the proper and efficient management of
the Departments of crie City and that this Ordinance will provide there-
for; now therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance being necessary for the preservation of public peace, health
and safety shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
