ORDINANCE NO. 11 - 100
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED:
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 9 -A - That property E. of the 3rd Bridge Expressway, West of Con-
federate Blvd,, South of Roosevelt Road and North of C.R.I. & P. Railroad R/W,
more particularly described as follows:
The W?, S?, Lot 4, Block 6, Watkins Addition from "K" Heavy Industrial District
to "C" Two Family District.
Lots 9 and 10, Block 3, Owens Subdivision from "K" Heavy Industrial District
to "C" Two Family District.

SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420, as amended
and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and
they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage and approval.
