AN ORDINANCE RECLI,SSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES TN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS WENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS A :,,LADED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE "0 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract 111o. 12 -A 310'0 Rock Street. Beginning ninety -three (93) feet North of
the Northwest corner of Blounts five (5) acre tract; (N,1TJ) thence North forty -six
(46) feet, thence east one - hundred and fifty `150) feet, thence north one - hundred
and thirty -nine (139) feet, thence east three- hundred and sixteen (316) feet, thence
south one - hundred and ei -;hty -five r_nd one half (135 -4,) feet, thence west four - hundred
and sixty -six (466) feet to the n;int of beginning from "B" residence District to
"I" Li7ht Industrial _Jistri ct.
SECTION 2. That the U i, le Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420 as amended,
and the map referred to in Sectian.2 thereof entitled ".District Map" be, and they are
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof..
SECTION 3. Th:,t this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after
its passage and approval.
