AN ORDINANCE WAIVING HEIGHT LINITATIONS ON A CERTAIN
CAMliERCIAL TOWER PROPOSED FOR.ERECTION ON THE ROOF
OF A CERTAIN STRUCTURE AT 1614 EAST 13TH.STREET; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES*
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Pursuant to authority granted in Ordinance No.
14,7789 Section 9, the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock does hereby waive height limitations applicable under said
Ordinance in so far as same relate to a certain comercial trans-
sitting and receiving tower proposed for erection atop the princi-
pal office of Arkansas Best Freight System at 1614 East 13th Street
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and authorizes such a tower
as complies with the rules and regulations established by appro-
priate Air Traffic Agencies and is constructed in conformance
with the appropriate ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
