BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 10 Subsection (2).b. under Article III, Section
1B of Ordinance Na. 100881, same being: "An ordinance adopting
a position classification for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
providing for the administration thereof; declaring an emergency;
and for other purposes. ", is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. It has been determined that certain changes in the
Position Classification Plan for the City of Little Rock should be
wade in order to facilitate the proper and efficient management of
the Fire Department of the said City and that this Ordinance will
provide therefor; now therefore, an emergency is hereby declared

to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
