AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following prop-
erties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 1 -A 1529 South -University Avenue, described as lot
fourteen (14), block D, Oak Forest Gardens Annex Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "A" One - family District to "E -1" Quiet
Business and institutional District.
Tract No. 1 -B The northwest corner of "B" and Arthur Streets, des-
cribed as lots fourteen (14), fifteen (15), sixteen (16), and seventeen
(17), Henry 111eirose Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"A" One- family District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 1 -C 2821 Confederate Boulevard, described as the south-
west one - fourth (4) of lot two (2)9 block seven (7), Watkins Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "D"
Apartment District.
Tract No. 1 -D 3417 west 12th Street, described as lot four (4),
block sixteen (16), Jones and Worthen Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 1 -E 7605 Highway No. 10, described as lots nine (9), ten
(10), and all of seven (7), and eight (8) lying south of Highway No. 10,
block two (2), Bellevue Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "A" One- family District to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420
as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
