AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7444, SAME BEING
THE PRIVILEGE TAX ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 8236; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK., ARKANSAS:
SECTION 10 That portion of Section 1 A. of Ordinance No.
7444, same being the Privilege Tax Ordinance of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 8236, which
reads in form and substance as follows:
"Advertising:
Street Car and Bus Cards, per card $ 2.00
Street Vehicles - other than Street
Cars and Buses, per vehicle $10.00"
shall be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"Advertising:
Street Car and Bus, per vehicle $ 2.00
Street Vehicles - other than Street
Cars and Buses, per vehicle $ 2.00"
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 8236 in its entirety and all
other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
