AN ORDINANCE RECLASSFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 2 -A - generally being the property at the southeast corner
of University Avenue and "H" Street, described as Block eight (8), lots
one (1) through ten (10), Block seven (7), Lincoln Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D" Apar=tment District to "E -1"
Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 2 -B - 3704 Asher Avenue, described as lots four (4) and
five (5), block nine (9), R. C. Butlers Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 2 -C - northwest corner of Kavanaugh Boulevard and Polk Street,
described as lots eleven (11), twelve (12), thriteen (13), fourteen (14),
block twenty -two (22), Newton's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "kll One- family District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institu-
tional District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420,
as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
