ORDINANCE NO. 11,176
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE_ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED:
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE'CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
.SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed. as indicated.
Tract No. 3 -A - Generally being the property on the east side of
University Avenue between the 1300 - 1500 block of South University
Avenue, more particularly described as lots eleven (11), twelve (12)9
and thirteen (13), Block "D ", lots one (1), two (2), three (3), four
(4), and five (5), Block "B", lot eight (8), Block "A ", Oak Forest
Gardens Annex Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "A"
One - family District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 3 -B - 1400 _'1408 Wright Avenue, described as lots
thirty -one (31), thirty -two (32), thirty -three (33), thirty -four (34),
thirty -five (35). all in Fulk's Sul�d.ivision of Block forty (40).
Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C"
Two - family District to "F" Commercial District; and, lots thirty -eight
(38), thirty -nine (39), forty (40), and all of lots thirty -six (36)9
thirty -seven (37), except the north sixty (60) feet thereof, all in
Fulk's Subdivision of Block forty (40), Centennial Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C" Two - family District to "E -1"
Quiet Business and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420, as amended and the map referred to in Section Two (2) thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and. approval.
