Addition to TICE CITY OF LITTLE 10CK,
WHEr�EAS,
a
petition was
duly filed
with the Poard
of
:Directors
of the City
of
Little Bock,
Arkansas,
on the 26th day
of
April
1961, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of
the alley in Block 25, Bateman's Sub. of Cherry & Cox Addition to
the City of Little block, as designated on the plat of said Addition
now appearing of record in Deed Look 1 , Page 91 , in the
office of the hecorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however)
to any public easements in said alley; and
-7AS, after due notices as required by law, the Board of
Directors has, at the time and place mentioned in the notice, heard
all persons desiring to be heard on the question and has
ascertained that the alley, hereinbefore described, has heretofore
been dedicated to the public use as a alley, as herein described;
has not been actually u3ed by the public generally for a period of
at least five (5) years subsequent to the filing of the plat; that
all of the owners of the -,roperty abutting upon the alley to be
vacated ave f i lid ,Tit the board of Directors their written consent
to such abandonment; and that public interast and ,Telfare ,.-,ill not
be adversely affected by the abandonrent of such alley;

THE CITY OF LITTLE LOCK, A� KkNISA-S :
SECTION 1. The City of Little mock, lrkansas, hereby releases,
vacates, -and abandons all its rights, together aith the rights of
the public generally, in and to the alley designated as follows:
An alley located in Block 25, ateman's :pub. of Cherry
�.n' Cox :addition 'to the City of Littleoci;, Pulaski
County, A-- sansas,
and drainage
subject, however, to any public utility /easements located in said
alley.
