AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED:
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 4 -A Granite Mountain Area, described as Blocks
one (1), two (2), three (3), five (5), and six (6), Granite
Mountain Light Industrial Subdivision to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "I" Light Industrial District to "A" Oamil:y.'_
District, Also, Block four (4)9 Granite Mountain Light Industrial
Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "I" Light
Industrial District to "F" Commercial District,
Tract No. 4 -B Generally being the property on Dennison Street
between 19th Street and Wright Avenue, described as Lots one- hundred
forty -four (144) and one - hundred forty -six (146) of Eeplat No. One,
Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "F"
Commercial District to "B" Residence District.
Tract No. 4 -C 5th and Gregg Streets, described. as Lots four (4),
five (5) , six (6) , seven (7) , eleven (11), twelve (12), thirteen (13),
and fourteen (14), Block one (1), Weil's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "I" Light
Industrial District.
Tract No, 4 -D 3414 Roosevelt Road, described as Lots one (1),
and two (2)9 Prioleau Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "F" Commercial District to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little*Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420, as'-amended. and the map referred to in Section. Two (2) thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section One (1) hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
