AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicatedt
'bract No. 7-A - 420 -424 East Bridge Street, described as the East seventy -five
(75) feet of Lot one (1), Block 00, Pope's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from *J" Light Industrial District, to "K" Heavy Industrial District.
Tract No. 7-$_- The Southwest corner of U. S. Highway No. 65 and Carolina Street,
described as part of the Northeast one - quarter, Northeast one - quarter, (NE 1/4, NE 1/4),
Section twenty -four (24), Township - One - North, Range-Twelve-West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as follows: Beginning at a point twenty (20) feet North of the
Southeast corner of said Northeast one - quarter, Northeast one - quarter, (NE 1/49 NE 1/4)9
thence West one - hundred -eight (108) feet, thence North one - hundred ninty -six (196) feet
to the South right -of -way line of the Little Rock -Pine Bluff Highway (U. S. Highway
No. 65); thence in an easterly direction along the said South right -of -way line
one - hundred ten (110) feet; thence South one - hundred seventy -six and five tenths
(176.5) feet to the point of beginning, from "A" One - family District, to "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No, 5420, as amended
and the map referred to in Section Two (2) thereof entitled "District Map" be, and
they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section One (1) hereof.
SECTION 3, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage and approval.
