AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (3) d. UNDER ARTICLE III,
SECTION 1B OF ORDINANCE NO. 10,8812 SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE
ADOPTING A POSITION CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, BY ABOLISHING THE CLASSIFICATION OF SENIOR MILK
SANITARIAN AND ESTABLISHING A CLASSIFICATION OF MILK CONTROL
SUPERVISOR; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The classification of Senior Milk Sanitarian set
forth in Subsection (3) d. under Article III, Section 1B of Ordinance
No. 10,881 is hereby abolished and said °Subsection (3) d. is hereby
amended to.read as follows:
"(3) PUBLIC HEALTH

SECTION 2. It has been determined that certain changes in the
Position Classification Plan for the City of Little Rock should be made
in order to facilitate the proper and efficient management of the Milk
& Dairy Department of the City of Little Rock and that this Ordinance
will provide therefor; now therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of public
peace, health and safety shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
