AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.. That the zone classifications of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated:
Tract No. 8 -A 2201 -2205 Louisiana Street, described as Lot one (1) and the
North forty (40) feet of Lot two (2), Block four- hundred twenty -nine (429), Duval's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D" Apartment District, to
"E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District; and, Lot three (3) and the South ten
(10) feet of Lot two (2), Block four - hundred twenty -nine (429), Duval's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C" Two- family District, to "E -1" Quiet
Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 8 -B Northeast corner of Grant and Cantrell Road, described as all of
Lots seven (7), eight (8), nine (9), Block ten (10), Mountain Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "A" One - family District, to "E -1" Quiet Business
and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420, as amended
and the map referred to in Section Two (2) thereof entitled "District Map" be, and
they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section One (1) hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage and approval.
