ORDINANCE NO. 11.220
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No.. 10-A The southeast corner of Sixth Street and the Third
Bridge Expressway, described as part of lot five (5) and all of lot four
(4), block four (4), Woodruff Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "D" Apartment District, to "F" Commercial District; and part of lots
one (1) and two (2) all of lot three (3), block seventeen (17), Rectortown
Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, from "I" Light Industrial
District, to "F" Commercial District,
Tract No. 10 -B Property at West 15th, West 16th, Chester and Izard
Streets, described as block two- hundred forty -one (241)9 Original City t
of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D" Apartment District, to "F" Commercial
District..
Tract No. 10 -C Property at the southeast corner of Wright Avenue and
High Street, described as the west one -half (W 1/2) of lot one (1), all of
lots two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5), and six (6), block one (1).
Fleming and Bradford Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"F" Commercial District, to "D" Apartment District.
Tract No. 10 -D 3105 Bishop Street, described as lot three (3) and the
south one -half (S 1/2) of lot two (2), block seven (7), Bowman Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District, to "Cu
Two - family District.
Tract No. 10 -E and 10 -F 6211 and 6201 Lee Street, described as
part of the west one -half, north one -half, northeast one- quarter, northeast
one - quarter, northeast one - quarter (W 1/2, N 1/29 NE 1/49 NE 1/4, NE 1/4)0
of Section One, Township- One- North, Range- Thirteen -West, more particularly
described as follows: Begin at a point four - hundred fifty and thirty -three
one- hundredths (450.33) feet west of and twenty (20) feet south of the
northeast corner of the northeast one- quarter (NE 1/4) of the northeast one -
quarter (NE 1/4) of Section One, Township -One- North, Range- Thirtedn -West,

running thence west two - hundred ten and thirty -three one- hundredths (210.33)
feet, thence south one- hundred forty -four and eighty -seven one- hundredths
(144.87) feet, thence east two - hundred ten and thirty -three one- hundredths
(210.33) feet, thence north one- hundred four and eighty -seven one"hundredths
(104.87) feet to the point of beginning, from "A" One - family District, to
"E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Bock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420
as a mended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
