HomeMy WebLinkAbout11230ORDINANCE NO. 11,230 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 20.B(2), (3), (4) AND (5) OF ORDINANCE NO. 11,139, SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1961, BY PROVIDING FOR AN ADDITIONAL MEAT SANITARIAN; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. Sections 20.B.(2), (3), (4) and (5) of Ordinance No. 11,139, same being the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the year 1961, is here- by amended to read as follows: "Section 20 - General Fund - Meat - 169 SECTION 2. It has been determined that certain changes in the Budget of the City of Little Rock for 1961 should be made in order to provide for an additional Meat Sanitarian in the Meat Inspection Division of the Health Department of the City of Little Rock in order to facilitate the proper and efficient management of said Department, and that this ordinance will provide therefor; now therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this B.
