ORDINf "ONCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA ^.SAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 11 -A. 1600 South Cedar Street, described as lots thirteen (13), four-
teen (14), block eight (8), Braddocks Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "B" Residence District, to "C" Two - family District.
Tract No. 11 -B Property bounded on the north by Roosevelt Road, on the south by
East 26th Street, on the east by Welch Street, and on the west by Barber Avenue, des-
cribed as beginning at a point which is at the southwest corner of the southeast one -
quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 11, Township -l- North, Range-12-West, thence east for a
distance of six - hundred thirty (630) feet to a point of beginning. Thence north a
distance of thirty -five and five - tenths (35.5) feet, thence southeast a distance of
one - hundred ten (110) feet, thence north a distance of ten (10) feet, thence south-
east a distance of one - hundred ninety (190) feet, thence south for a distance of
forty -two and seventy -five one - hundredths (42.75) feet, thence west a distance of
three- hundred (300) feet to the point of beginning. Containing approximately
twelve- thousand, five - hundred (12,500) square feet, or twenty -eight hundredths.(.28) acres.
from "B" Residence District, to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420, as amended
and the map referred to in Section Two (2) thereof entitled "District Map" be, and
they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section One (1) hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
