AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 1 -A 6215 West Markham Street, described as all of lot
one (1), Reubel's Second Subdivision in Pulaski County, Arkansas, from
"A" One.•family District, to "E..1 -A" Lodging, Nursing Home, and Undertaking
District.
Tract No, 1.-B Little Rock Industrial District, described as
beginning at the Section corner common to Sections 20, 21, 28, and 29,
Township"l -•North, Range -12. -West, thence run West along the South lines
of Section 202 Township -.l- North, Range- .12-.West to the Northwest corner
of the Northeast one - quarter of Northeast one..quarter (NE 1/49 NE 1/4) ,
Section 299 Township -l- North, Range -12 -West. Thence North along the
West line of the Southeast one - quarter of Southeast one- quarter (SE 1/4
of SE 1/4)9 Section 20, Township -l- North, Range -•12 -West to the Northwest
corner thereof. Thence West along the North line of the Southwest one-
quarter, Southeast one- quarter (SE 1/4, SW 1/4), Section 20 to the

along the North right -of -way line of said highway to its intersection

beginning, from "A" One- family District, to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be,'and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
'respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. The passage of this Ordinance being necessary to enable
the construction of improvements upon the above described property
without due damage and delay, an emergency is hereby declared and
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
