AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
�-,__ _ __ be _and -is- .hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. `i -A - 1804, 18069 1810 Pierce Street, described as Lots
four (4), five (5), and six (6), Block ten (10), Mountain Park Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "A" One - .family District, to
"E..1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, aria the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
