ORDINANCE NO. 11,254
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK
ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated. ,
Tract No. 5 -A Northeast corner of West 15th Street and Spring Street,
described as the South thirty -seven and one -half (37 and 112) feet of Lot

four (4)9 all of Lots five (5) and six (6)9 Block one - hundred ninety -three
(193)9 Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D" Apartment District, to
"E" Apartment District.
Tract No. 5 -B 4201 Barrow Road, described as Block one - hundred fifty -nine
(159), John Barrow Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "A"
One- family District, to "E -1 -A" Lodging, Nursing Home and Undertaking District.
Tract No. 5 -C Property between East Ninth Street and East Eighth Street,
on the West side of Collins Street, described as Lot one (1), portions of two
(2), three (3), eleven (11), and twelve (12), Block twelve (12), Woodruff
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C" Two - family District,
to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 5 -D 1509 Gaines Street, described as Lots three (3) and four
Mt Block two - hundred fourteen (214), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "D" Apartment District, to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 5 -E North of "H" Street approximately one -half (1/2) block on
the West side of University Avenue, described as the North one - hundred fifty
(150) feet of the East one-hundred forty (140) feet of Block sixteen (16),
Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, except the East
twenty (20) feet, from "D" Apartment District, to "E -1" Quiet Business and
Institutional District.
Tract No. 5 -F 1602 -1604 Security Street, described as Plot thirty -nine
(39), Garden Homes Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B"
Residence District, to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420,
and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and
they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
