AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS
OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 125
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, Sewer Improvement District No. 125 of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, was created under Ordinance No. 8087,
passed August 29, 1949; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance appointed W. S. Thomas and
Ed Martin as Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, Ed Martin is now deceased, and W. S. Thomas
is no longer a resident of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the conduct of the affairs
of the District that successor commissioners be appointed,
now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF D IREC TORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. A. J. Barnes and Madison Fields are hereby
named Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District No. 125 of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
