AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 7 -A 1000 and 912 Hanger Street, described as
Lots eleven (11)9 twelve (12) and thirteen (13), Mercantile Trust
Subdivision and the North one - hundred (100) feet of the Northeast
one- quarter (NE 1/4) of Block four (4)3 Hangerts Addition, from
"C" Two - family District, to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section two thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section one hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
