AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1192551 TRACT NO. 6 -F - 6 -G OF
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY AT 6200 WEST MARKHAM STREET
AND FAUSETT PLAZA AND PLAZA TOWERS AREA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1, Tract No. 6 -F - 6 -G of an ordinance reclassify-
ing various properties of Ordinance No. 11,2555 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Tract No. 8 -A 6201 West Markham Street, described as Lot two (2),
of Ruebel's Second Addition in Section One (1) Township -One- North, Range -
Thirteen -West. Also beginning at a point on the Northeast corner of
Lot two (2), Ruebel's Second Addition, thence South along the East line
of Lot two (2)9 Ruebel's Second Addition to a point on the Southeast corner
of same, thence East to a point on the West right -of -way of University
Avenue, thence North along the West right -of -way of University Avenue to
a point on the South right -of -way line of West Markham Street, thence
West on the South right -of -way line of West Markham to the point of
beginning, from "A" One- family District, to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
