ORDINANCE NO. 11,264
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the follcwing properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
_Tract No. 9 -A 12239 1219, 1217 Garland Street; 1222, 1218, 1216,
1214 West Markham Street, described as Lots four (4), five (5)9 six (6),
seven (7), eight (8)9 and nine (9), Block two - hundred ninety -nine (299),
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas; from "G -1" Commercial District,
to "I" Light Industrial District.
Tract No. 9 -B 1521 West Third Street, described as Lot four (4) and
the East one -half (E 1/2) of five (5) and the South thirty -four (34) feet
of six (6) and the South thirty -four (34) feet of the West one -half (W 1/2)
of five (5), all in Block seven (7), Deaf Mute Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; from "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District,
to "E" Apartment District.
Tract No. 9 -C Southwest corner of West 13th and Cox Street, described -
as Lots eleven (11) and twelve (12), Block two (2)9 Kennilworth Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; from "A" One- family District, to
"C" Two - family District.

Township -One- North, Range- Twelve -West; Begin at a point two - hundred seventy -
five (275) feet North and thirty (30) feet East of the Southwest corner of
the Southwest one - quarter, Northwest one - quarter (SW 1/4, NW 1/4), Section
Nine, Township -One- North, Range - Twelve -West, thence North three - hundred
fifty -five (355) feet, thence East five - hundred twenty (520) feet to
railroad right -of -way, thence South ten (10) degrees, forty -five (45) minutes,

Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast one - quarter, (NE 1/4),

SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420
as amended, and the map referred to in Section Two thereof entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
