HomeMy WebLinkAbout11264lei ORDINANCE NO. 11,264 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the follcwing properties be and are hereby changed as indicated. _Tract No. 9 -A 12239 1219, 1217 Garland Street; 1222, 1218, 1216, 1214 West Markham Street, described as Lots four (4), five (5)9 six (6), seven (7), eight (8)9 and nine (9), Block two - hundred ninety -nine (299), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas; from "G -1" Commercial District, to "I" Light Industrial District. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section Two thereof entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One hereof.
