AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY
ONE HALF MILE SOUTH OF CANTRELL ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 14 -A Property located approximately one -half mile
South of Cantrell Road, described as the Southeast one - quarter (SE 1/4)
of the Southeast one - quarter (SE 1/4), Section Twenty - seven, Township-
Two - North, Range- Thirteen -West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, containing
forty (40) acres, more or less, from "A" One- family District, to "D"
Apartment District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
