AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY
ONE QUARTER MILE SOUTH OF ASHER AVENUE ON U. S. HIGHWAY 67 -70
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 16 -A Property located approximately one - quarter mile
South of Asher Avenue on U. S. Highway 67 -70, described as that part
of the Northeast one - quarter, Northeast one- quarter (NE 1/4, NE 1/4)
Section Twenty -four, Township -One- North, Range-Thirteen-West, lying
West of U. S. Highway 67 -70, from "A" One- family District, to "F"
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
