AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 13 -A 1919 West Seventh Street, described as the East
one -half (E 112) of Lots one (1), two (2) and three (3)9 Block nine (9)9
Faust Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C" Two-
family District, to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 13 -B 1600 West Tenth Street, described as Lot seven
(7), Block four (4), Fitzgerald's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "C" Two - family District, to "E -1" Quiet Business and
Institutional District.
Tract No. 13 -C 515 Ferry Street, described as the North fifty
(50) feet of Lots thirteen (13) and fourteen (14), Block four (4),
Stevenson Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "D"
Apartment District, to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 13 -D Southeast corner of "R" Street and University
Avenue, described as Lots nine (9), ten (10), eleven (11), and twelve
(12), Block nine (9), Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "A" One - family District, to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 13 -E 8820 Chicot Road, described as beginning at the
Southeast corner of the Southeast one - quarter, Southeast one- quarter
(SE 1/4, SE 1/4), Section Thirty -five, Township- One - North, Range -
Thirteen -West; thence North one-hundred ten (110) feet to point of
beginning; thence West two- hundred ten (210) feet; thence North
seventy -five (75) feet; thence East two - hundred ten (210) feet; thence
South seventy -five (75) feet to point of beginning, from "A" One- family
District, to "F" Commercial District.

Tract No. 13 -F East of U. S. Highway 67 -70 and Seift of Forbing
Road, described as a part of the Southeast one - quarter (SE 1/4) of
Section Twenty -five, Township -rOne- North, Range - Thirteen -West, described
as Tracts one (1) and two (2), Sterling Subdivision, containing twenty-
nine and five - tenths (29.5) acres, more or less; also a tract described
as follows located in the North one -half, Northeast one - quarter (N 1/29

beginning at a point on the East right of way line of Missouri Pacific
Railroad at its intersection with the North -South center line of Section
Thirty -six, Township -One- North, Range-Thirteen-West, thence run South
along said North -South center line to the Southwest corner of the
Northwest one - quarter, Northeast one - quarter (NW 1/4, NE 1/4), thence
run East along the South line of the Northwest one - quarter, Northeast
one - quarter (NW 1/49 NE 1/410 and the Northeast one - quarter, Northeast
one - quarter (NE 1/4, NE 1/4) to a point on the Southwest corner of
Tract No. nine (9) of the Home Acres Addition, thence continue East
on South line of Tract nine (9), Home Acres Addition three-hundred
thirty -five and twenty -eight one - hundredths (335.28) feet to a point,
thence North a distance of six - hundred fifty -seven and thirty -six one-
hundredths (657.36) feet to a point on the South line of Tract No. ten
(10), Home Acres Addition, thence East one- hundred sixty -five (165)
feet, thence North along East line of Tract No. ten (10) to a point
one - hundred eighty -five (185) feet South of North line of Section
Thirty -six, Township -One- North, Range- Thirteen -West, thence West
eighty (80) feet, thence North one- hundred eighty -five (185) feet to
North line of Section Thirty -six, thence West along said North line to
a point on the East right of way line of Missouri Pacific Railroad,
thence South on said right of way to point of beginning, containing
fifty -two (52) acres, more or less, from "A" One- family District, to
"I'" Light '-lndiistt: l'.Di;strict.
Tract No. 13 -G Property located between Security, Boyce, East
15th and East 16th Streets, described as Lot forty -three (43), Garden
Homes Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence
District, to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
