AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 119 2739 TRACT NO. 10 -F
OF -AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF WEST MARKHAM STREET AND PARK STREET:
BE IT; ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE HOCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1, Tract No. 10 -F of an ordinance reclassifying
various properties of Ordinance No. 11,273 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Tract No. 10 -F Northeast corner of West Markham Street and
Park Street, described as Lots seven (7), eight (8) and the South
one -half (S 1/2) of Lot six (6), Block one (1), Union Depot Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "F" Commercial District,
to "C" Two - family District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
