AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: THE LITTLE
ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
o be and are hereby changed as indicated.
T _nt No. 18 -A 7002 Cantrell Road, described as all of that part
ro of the West of Block 5, lying North of State Highway No., 10 and West 65

West, lying North of Fourche Bayou, and containing twelve (12) acres, more
or less; all of which is situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "A"
One*family District to "E -10 Lodging, Nursing Home and Undertaking District.
Tract No. 18 -C Asher Avenue and Allis, described as Lot 16 and
all that part of Lot 15 which lies within 25 feet of said Lot 16, Block 2,
Gallagher's Addition No. 3 to Little Rock from "B" Single-family District
to "F" Commercial District.

Tract No. 18 -G - 7315 Asher Avenue described as part of the SW4, SW$,
Section 13, T -1 -N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Commencing at a point 10.55 chains east of the SW corner of the SW4f SW4,
Section 13, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence North 15.22 chains to a point 30 feet
south of the center of old Little Bock, Hot Springs Highway, thence in a
northeasterly direction along said highway 279.15 feet (303.6 feet measured);
thence south 235.7 feet thence southwesterly parallel to said highway a
distance of 279.15 feet (294.0 feet measured) to the west line of said
property; thence north 235.7 feet to the point of beginning. Except - a
strip of land lying within 50 feet of (measured at right angles) the west
line of the within described tract. Property corners are in accordance with
existing monuments in the area. Improvements are as shown, from "A" One -
family District to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended, and the m ap referred to in Section Two thereof entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in. Section One
hereof.

and after its passage and approval.
