AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE
BOUNDARIES OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 135
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AS CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE
NO. 11288.
WHEREAS, a portion of the description of the boundaries of
Sewer Improvement District No. 135 of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
contained in Ordinance No. 11288, read as follows:
"...thence Southwesterly to the Northeast corner of Lot 1,
Block 1, Euclid Place Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; thence West to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1;
thence South to the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 2,
Euclid Place Addition;"
and through typographical error the intended figure 02" was omitted
before the 04" in the last described call; and
WHEREAS, the petition and the notices of the hearing on the
petition all carried said call as "Lot 24, Block 2, Euclid Place
Addition," and said ordinance slo uld be made to conform to the
description contained in the petition and notices; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the description as contained in Ordinance
No. 11288 describing the boundaries of Sewer Improvement District
No. 135 of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby amended
to read, in the affected portion, as follows:
"...thence Southwesterly to the Northeast corner of Lot 1,
Block 1, Euclid Place Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; thence West to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1;
thence'South to the Northeast corner of Lot 24, Block 2,
Euclid Place Addition;..."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
