AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING SEWER UaRMEMENT DISTRICT
N0. 125 OF THE CITY OF.LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
r WHE,E , Sewer Improvement District No. 125 of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, was created by Ordinance No. 80871,
passed August 29, 1949; and
+, The Board of Commissioners of said District has
reported that all indebtedness of the District has been retired
and all purposes of the District achieved; and
_, The Board of Commissioners has paid over to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, all the surplus funds derived
from the collection of assessments under the provisions of Ark.
Stats. Ann. $ 20 -239 (1956 Repl.), and has fully accounted for
all receipts and expenditures of its funds, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: Sewer Improvement District No. 125 of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby dissolved, and the Commissioners
of said District are discharged.
