AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AMEN DED: THE LITTLE
ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT OR.DAINED.BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1i That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.1
Tract No.. 9--A NW Corner w,4 Markham & Cross, described as Lots loop
11 and 12,+ Block 299,= Original _City of Arkansas,, from "G•1" Commercial
District, to "h Light Industrial District;
Tract No.1 19••B NE Corner of fain & 23rd, described as South 50'

SECTION 2;4" That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance,' Ordinance Noi 5420 as
amended,'and the map referred to in Section Two thereof entitled "District
Map" bet' and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One
hereof.'
SECTION 3.4 That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.'
