AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1192999 TRACT NO. 18 -B
OF AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY AT THE AREA OF
PARK STREET IF EXTENDED TO 35th:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANUS :
SECTION 1. Section 19 Tract No. 18 -B of an ordinance re-
classifying various properties of Ordinance No. 11,299 is here-
by amended as follows:
Tract No. 18-B-- The area of Park Street if extended to 35th,
described as all that part of the South one -half of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (Sj NE4 SWJ), Section 169
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, lying North of Fourche Bayou,
and containing twelve (12) acres, more or less; and that part of
the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE4 SW4),
Section 169 Township 1 North, Range 12 West, lying North of
Fourche Bayou, Containing four (4) acres, more or less, all of
which is situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
