ORDINANCE NO. 11,315
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 37 -10(m) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; RE-
ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY BEYOND WHICH CERTAIN SUB-
DIVISION REGULATIONS MAY BE WAIVED; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 37 -10(m) of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(m) Exceptions to requirements: The commission, upon re-
quest of the subdivider, shall permit special exceptions
to be made to the improvements required by these rules
and regulations when, in the opinion of the commission,
such exceptions are in keeping with the intent of these
rules and regulations, and when exceptions will provide
for a development, the character of which will be in con-
formance with existing platting and development in the
general neighborhood of the proposed subdivision. The
subdivider may be required to furnish special informa-
tion in order to aid the commission in its determinations.
The commission, upon the request of the subdivider,
shall waive the improvement requirements for subdivisions
located beyond the line described as follows:
Begin at a point on the center line of the Arkansas
River at its intersection with the West line of
Section 8, Township 2 North, Range 13 West,

Sections 5 and 8, Township 1 North, Range 13 West

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
