ORDINANCE NO. 11,318
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (1) OF SECTION 30 -2
OF THE LITTLE ROCK CODE OF ORDINANCES BY RECONSTITUTING
THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD OF PLUMBING SUPERVISION; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. Subsection (1) of Section 30 -2 of the Little
Rock Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows:
11(1) Board of plumbing supervision. For the
purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter
there is hereby created a board of plumbing supervision,
hereinafter referred to as the board, consisting of the
City Engineer, two (2) master plumbers and one (1) journey-
man plumber licensed under this chapter."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
