AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 20 -A 27002 2704, 2708, 2716 W. 7th, described as Lots
92 10, 11 & 12, Block 6, Ferndale Addition, from "B" Residence District
to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 20 -B LR -NLR Expressway & Geyer Springs Road, described
as Tract B of Marvin Bass Industrial Acres, a subdivision of the SE4
SE4 NE4 of Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, from "A" One - family District to "I" Light
Industrial District.
Tract No. 20 -D SE of 32nd and Brown described as Part of North
2/3 of the SE4 of the NE4 of Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 12
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows
to -wit: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the SE4 of the NE-1 of
said Section 17; thence run South 89 degrees 44 minutes West 557 feet;
thence run South 6 degrees 33 minutes East 450 feet to a point on the
North boundary line of a strip of ground 40 feet wide (said strip
being 20 feet wide on each side of the center line of existing spur
track of the Missouri Pacific Railroad which rune -from East to West
through said North 2/3 of the SE-1 of the NE-1 and described in first
paragraph of Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Record 96 at Page 361,
dated January 19, 1909, to St. Louis Iron Mountain & Southern Rail-
way) which last above mentioned point on the North boundary line of
said strip is 558.5 feet Westerly (measured along North boundary line
of said strip) from point of intersection of said boundary line of

SW4, Section 18, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the
NW corner of said NE-41 SW4, thence North 101.5 feet along the West
line of said SE-1 NW4, thence North 78 degrees East 278.5 feet, thence
South 0 degrees 56 minutes East 494.5 feet to a point on the northerly
right of way line of II. S. Highway 67 -709 thence South 66 degrees, 44
minutes West 311 feet along said northerly right of way line to the
intersection of the West line of said NE4 SW4, thence North along the
West line of said NE-19 SW4, 467 feet to the point of beginning, from
"A" One - family District to "F11 Commercial District.

Tract No. 20 -G 2004 W. 12th described as all of Lots 7 and 8
except the West 50 feet and except the East 53 feet of said Lots,

"D" Apartment District.
Tract No. 20 -H 8601 W. Markham described as Lot "A" of Henry
Brothers Subdivision in Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "A" One - family
District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 20 -I 304 -306 South Martin described as Lot 2, Block
3, C. H. Taylor Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from'
"B" Residence District to "C" Two - family District.
Tract No. 20-J Westrock & Riverside Park Addition, described
as Lot 6, Block 12 Westrock Addition and NJ closed "N" Street. Lot
2, Block 6, Westrock Addition, E 1361 of Lots 11 and 12, Block 1,
Westrock Addition. Lots 10, 9, 8, 7, 5, 14, l3, 15, 16, Riverside
Commercial Park Addition, from "B" Residence and "I" and "J" Light
Industrial District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 20 -L 70 Westminster Drive described as Lot 1,
Wakefield Village, from "A" One-family District to "E -1" Quiet
Business and In4titutional District.

29 and all of Lot 30s West Markham Heights Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and part of Lot 7, West Markham Street Sub-
division of the South half of the NE,, Section 3, Township 71 North,
Range 13 West, all in Pulaski Countys Arkansas, being more part-
icularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner
of hot 7, West Markham Street Subdivision, thence South along the
West line of said Lot 7 for 10.0 feet to the point of beginning of
the herein described tract; thence continue South along the West
line of Lot 7 for 236.8 feet to a point 70 feet north of the North-
west corner of Lot 31, West Markham Heightst Addition; thence East
701 north of and parallel to the North line of Lots 31, 32, 33 and
34, West Markham Heights Addition for 275.01 to a point on the West

containing 2.3 acres more or less, from "A" One-family District to
"F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
