ORDINANCE NO. 11,329
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 22 -A - 506 N. Oak, described as-Block 1, Lot 7, Pulaski
Heights Addition, From: "C" Two- family District, To: "D" Apartment
District.
Tract Not 22 -B - 7204 Kentucky, described as Lot 2, Block 2,
and Lot 3, Block 2, Riffel and Rhotons Forest Park Highland Addition,
From: "A" One- family District, To: "C" Two - family District.
Tract No. 22 -C I - West of New Benton Highway & North of Fourche
Creek described as that part of the SEJ of the NEJ of Sec. 24, Township
1 North, Range 13 West, From: "A" One- family District, To: "F"
Commercial District.
Tract No. 22 -D - 6628 New Benton Highway Described as Tract 40
Graceland Acres (Taylor's Sub) described as part of Tract 40 - 260'
on the east, From: "A" One- family District, To: "F" Commercial
District.
Tract No. 22 -E - Washington & 16th described as Lots 6 & 7,
Block 10; S. J. Johnson Addition, From: "B" Residence District,
To: "C" Two - family District.
Tract No. 22 -F - 3215 Brown Street described as that part of the
Sj NEJ Sec. 17, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, described: Beginning
at NW corner SEi NEJ Section 17; run North 89 degrees 49 minutes
East along North boundary said SEi NEi 37 feet to point of beginning
of tract described; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes East along
North boundary SEJ NWj Section 312.7 feet; thence South 429.6 feet,
more or less to pin on North boundary of strip 40 feet wide (being
20 feet wide on each side of center line Arkansas Brick & Manufacturing
Company Spur tract of Missouri Pacific Railroad which runs thru Sj NEi
Section 17 from East to West and said strip identified and described
in First Paragraph of Warranty Deed 96/361, 1 -19 -09 to St. Louis Iron
Mountain & Southern Railway Company; thence North 88 degrees 18 minutes
West along North boundary said strip 360.2 feet; thence North 345.5 feet;

or less to point of beginning. The above description coot. 3.45
acres, more or less. Part of above subject to Right of Missouri
Pacific Railroad Company by Judgment of Pulaski County Circuit
Court 11/21 on 6 -8 -28 as long as used for Railroad purposes, part
condemned being 37.5 feet wide on North side of center line of
Ark. State Fair Grounds Spur Track; of said Railroad, said point
being described; beginning at'Southwest corner of above land; thence
North 20.5 feet; thence South 84 degrees 39 minutes East 45.9 feet,
more or less to point on West boundary line SEJ NEJ Section 17;
thence South 5 degrees 01 minutes East 17.6 feet, more or less to
point on South boundary of above described land; thence North 88
degrees 18 minutes West along South boundary above land 47.1 feet

thence South 367 feet; thence Westerly 20 feet, more or less to
pin in West boundary of said mfg. property; thence North 345.5 feet;
thence Northeasterly 28.3 feet, more or less to point of beginning,

Tract No. 22 -G - 2006 Rock Street, described as the North 45' of
East 90' of Lot 11, Block 412, Duval's Addition, From: "B" Residence
District, To: "C" Two- family District.
Tract No. 22 -H - 401 E. 10th described as beginning NW corner Lot 1,
South 75.5' thence E. 65' thence N. 75.5' thence W. to point of beginning
Block 58, Oridnal City, From: "C" Two - family District, To: "D" Apartzent.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1 hereof.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
