AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 24 -A - Kanis Road and Rock Creek, described as part of
Lot 11 of Hocott Home Sites and part of NE4 NW4 NW4 Section 12, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point
which is North 89 degrees 4 minutes West 195 feet from the Northeast
corner of the NW4 of the NW4; thence run South 0 degrees 56 minutes
West 175 feet;,thence run North 89 degrees 4 minutes West 102.9 feet
to the point of beginning; thence run South 0 degrees 14 minutes West
371.1 feet; thence run North 75 degrees 15 minutes West 124.5 feet;
thence run North 85 degrees 30 minutes West 242 feet to the West line
of the NE4 NW4 NW4 said Section 12; thence run North along the West
line of the NE-A' of the 11 4i of the NW41 Section 12 to the center line of
Kanis road (West 12th Street Pike); thence run in a Northeasterly
direction along the cent -Jr line of '��.anis Toad (11. 12th Street Pike)
to the North line of the NE4 of the NW1 of the run East
along the North line of the NE4 NW4 NW4 to a point which is North
89 degrees 4 minutes West 470 feet from the Northeast corner of the
NW4 NW4; thence run South 0 degrees 56 minutes West 175 feet; thence
South 89 degrees 4 minutes East 172.1 feet to the point of beginning,

Tract No. 24 -B - 1016 Fair Park described as 50 X 150 feet lying
in and being part of SE4, NE', SW4 SE4 SWjf Section 6, Township 1 North,
Range 12 West and being more particularly described as 14 feet West from
NE corner of said SEJ, NE4, SW4, SE40 SW4 run thence W 150 feet run
thence South 50 feet thence E 150 feet thence N 50' to point of beginning
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, From: "B" Residence District, To: "F"
Commercial District.
Tract No. 24 -C - 3515 W. 12th described as Lot 4, Block 17, Jones
& Worthen Addition, From: "B" Residence District, To: "F" Commercial
District.

Tract No. 24 -D - 8900 Rodney Parham Road described as Beginning
at the Southeast corner of the SW4 SW4, Section 35, Township 2 North,
Range 13 West; thence North 0 degrees 34 minutes West 11.6 feet; thence
North 86 degrees 31 minutes West 362.47 feet to a point on the North
Right -of -Way line of Rodney Parham Road and the point of beginning;
thence North 86 degrees 31 minutes West 360.75 feet; thence North 79
degrees 14 minutes West 146.5 feet; thence North 198.43 feet; thence
North 70 degrees 44 minutes West 152.0 feet; thence North 376 feet;
thence East 390.23 feet; thence South 1 degree East 158.29 feet; thence
left along a curve of radius 1535.60 feet 203.66 feet; thence South 8

20 acres more or less subject to public easement over Highway #10 and
excepting that part lying south of said highway and excepting that part
occupied by the Cow Shed Restaurant and Little Rock Bindery, From: "A"
One- family District, To: "F" Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
