AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Z -505 - Described as part of Plot 11, Hocott Home Sites, and
part of the E2 of the NE1-,, of the NW of the NW!-,, all in the NEB,
of the NWT of the NW14 of Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 13
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows, to wit: From the Northeast corner of the NW-, NW- said
Section 12, run North 89 degrees 04 minutes West 195 feet to the
point of beginning; from the point of beginning thus established,
continue North 89 degrees 04 minutes West along the North line said
NW41 NW41 a distance of 275 feet; run thence South parallel to the
East line said NWT, NW4 a distance of 175 feet; thence east parallel
to the North line said NW14 NWT, a distance of 172.1 feet; thence
South $9 degrees 04 minutes east 102.9 feet; thence North 0 degrees
56 minutes East 175 feet to the point of beginning, From: "A" One-
family District, To: 'IF" Commercial District.
Z -844 - Described as Block 13, Inter -city Addition, more
particularly described as located Section 18, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West, beginning at the Northeast corner Block 13, run
thence South 620 25' West 240' along said South right of way line of
Thirty - Fourth Street (34th) to a point; thence south 350 571 East
266.0' to a point; thence North 64' 571 East 62.15 feet thence North
300' to the point of beginning, From: "A" One - family District, To:
'IHII Business District.
Z -843 - Described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 25, Lincoln Park
1. Addition, From: "D" Apartment District, To: "E -1" Quiet Business
and Institutional District.
Z -842 - Described as Lots 13, 14, and 15, Block 3, Pinehurst

Z -862 - Described as beginning at a point 4 chains north of the
southwest corner of the SW1� of the SE-1 of Section 29, T -2 -N, R -12 -W,
run thence north to the northwest corner of said 40, thence east 706.5
feet to the west right of way line of the CRI &P Rwy, right of way,
thence southeasterly along said west line of said right of way to the
south line of said Section 29, thence west to a point on said section
line 4 chains east of the southwest corner of said 40 -acre tract,
thence northwesterly to the point of beginning, except Lot C in
Riverside Addition, and except tract beginning at the Northwest
corner of Lot C, thence north 50 feet, thence east parallel to the

Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1
hereof.
Section 3, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
