AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (3) OF SECTION 30 -7
OF THE LITTLE ROCK CODE OF ORDINANCES BY INCREASING THE
PENALTY FOR NON- PAYMENT OF PERMIT FEE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Subsection (3) of Section 30 -7 of the Little
Rock Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows:
11(3) Penalty for no permit. The penalty for failure
to obtain a permit for work as called for in this sec-
tion shall be as described in Section 30 -15 of this Code,
and, in addition to any such fine or imprisonment as may
be imposed pursuant to said Section 30 -15, the violator
shall pay a fee equal to three times the permit fee which
should have been paid for the work done in violation hereof."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
