AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY -
FIVE AND N01100 DOLLARS ($133,625.00) FROM UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS
IN THE STREET FUND TO MAFFIC ENGINEERING ACCOUNT NO 87 OF THE
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 11,333,
SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR
THE YEAR 1963, TO PROVIDE FOR SAID APPROPRIATION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five and No /100 Dollars
($13,625.00) from unappropriated surplus in the Street Fund to
the Traffic Engineering Department Account No. 87.
SECTION 2. Section (39)F. of Ordinance No. 11,333, same
being the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for the
year 1963, is hereby amended by adding a Subsection 6. to read
as follows:

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
