AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS It 21 & 3, BLOCK I, AND
LOT 14, BLOCK 2, BELLEVUE ADDITION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section I. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 22 -1 -- Described as Lots It 21 & 3, Block I,
and Lot 14, Block 2, all in Bellevue Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, From: "A" One - family District, To: "F"
Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
"District Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section I hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
