AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN TiE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section I. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated..
Z -1370 - Described as Lots 10, 11, 12, Block 13, Marshall & Wolfe's
Addition, From: "C" Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business.
Z -1371 - Described as Lots I, 2, & 3,131ock 12, Marshall & Wolfe's
Addition, From: "C" Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business
District.
Z -1363 - Described as the east -122. of'.Lot 14 and the west 3'72' of
Lot 15, Block 5, .tones & Worthens Addition, From: "B" Residence District
To: "C" Two - family District.
Z -520 - Described as part of the E2 of the E2 of Section 17, T -I -N,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point on the section line between Sections 16
and 17, T -I -N, R -12 -W, said point being 771.3 feet North of the
quarter section corner between Sections 16 and 17, T -I -N, R -12 -W,
said point also being 20 feet south of the centerline of the Old Fair
r Spur Track; thence in a westerly direction along a line 20 feet from
and parallel to the centerline of the 013 Fair Park Spur Track for
440.0 feet; thence in a southerly direction for 872.8 feet to a point
on the Westerly right of way line of Missouri Pacific Main Line, said
point being 150.0 feet distant from and at right angles to the,centerline
of the said Missouri Pacific Railroad Company's Main Line Track; thence
in a Northeasterly direction along the said westerly right of way line

of Section 17 also being along the westerly right of way line of Missouri
Pacific Main line for 128.6 feet to a point which is 50 feet distant from
and at right angles to the centerline of the Missouri Pacific Railroad
Main Line Track; thence In a northeasterly direction along the westerly

intersection of the westerly right of way line of Missouri Pacific
Main Line and the east line of said Section 17; thence in a northerly
direction along the east line of said Section 17 for 436.9 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 7.29 acres, more or less, From: "I"

Addition, From: "C" Tao - family District, To: "D" Apartment District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. I
hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
