AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE BOARD OF EXAMINERS OF
REFRIGERATOR AND BOILER PERSONNEL; REPEALING SECTIONS
33 -1 THROUGH 33 -11 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Examiners of Refrigerator and
Boiler Personnel is hereby abolished.
SECTION 2. Sections 33 -1, 33 -2, 33 -3, 33 -4, 33 -5, 33 -6,
33 -72 33 -8, 33 -93, 33 -10 and 33 -11 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby repealed in their
entirety.
SECTION 3. The City of Little Rock shall, immediately upon
application therefor, refund all fees paid in connection with
examinations by the said Board of Examiners and renewal fees
for licensed operators and personnel on or subsequent to January
1, 1963.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
