AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED AND N0 1100 DOLLARS ($8,500.00) FROM
PARKS & AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND, PROJECT 28
TO PARKS & AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND, PROJECT
36 FOR AIR CONDITIONING IN DUNBAR COMMUNITY
CENTER; APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR SUCH USES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby transferred the sum of
Eight Thousand Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($8,500.00)
from Parks & Airport Construction Fund, Project 28, to Parks
& Airport Construction Fund, Project 36 for the acquisition of
air conditioning facilities in and to Dunbar Community Center.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from Parks &
Airport Construction Fund, Project 36, the sum of Eight Thousand
Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($8,500.00) for the acquisition
and installation of air conditioning equipment to be used in the
Dunbar Community Center.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
