ORDINANCE NO. 11,391
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THREE THOUSAND FIFTY TWO AND 50/100
DOLLARS ($33,052.50) FOR THE ACQUISITION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR
IMPROVEMENTS ON WEST 36TH STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. There is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
surplus in the Street Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum
of Three Thousand Fifty Two and 50 /100 Dollars ($3,052.50) for
the acquisition of right -of -way in connection with certain im-
provements on West 36th Street in the City of Little -Rock, Ark-
ansas, which right -of -way is described in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The property to be acquired by the City with
the foregoing appropriation shall be and is described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner, Milk, SWk, Section 13, Township
1 North, Range 13 West, thence South a distance of 35 feet;
thence East parallel to the North line of said NW4, SWk
Section 13, a distance of 1121.88 feet; thence South 87008'
Last a distance of 100.13 feet; thence 'Last parallel to the
North line of said NW4, SWk, Section 13, a distance of
110.9 feet to the East line of said NW4 SW4, Section 13;
thence North 40 feet to the NE corner of the said NW4 SW4,
Section 13; thence West along the North line of the NW-1.,
Sulk, Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, a distance
of 1332.78 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.039
acres, more or less.
AND
Beginning at a point 35 feet South and 255 feet East of the
NW corner of NW4, SWW4, Section 13, Township 1 North, Range
13 West, thence South 180 East 280 feet; thence North 720
East 160 feet; thence North 180 West 235 feet, thence West
168.23 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.946
acres, more or less.
SECTION 3. Upon receipt of conveyance of merchantable title
by the person or persons owning all of the interest therein, the
City Manager and Director of Finance are authorized and directed
to issue a warrant in the sum of Three Thousand Fifty Two and
50/100 Dollars ($3,052.50) to such person or persons.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
