AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11,333,
SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR
THE YEAR 1963, BY MAKING CERTAIN INTRA - DEPARTMENTAL TRANSFERS
OZ FUNDS WITHIN CERTAIN DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. In order to make moneys available in certain
deficit accounts within the Budget Account of certain Departments
of the City of Littleock, the Board of Directors hereby approves
the following infra- departmental transfers from the accounts and
to the accounts, in the amounts and within the Departments as de-
signated below:

SECTION 7. It has been found and determined that in order
to facilitate the proper operation of the sire Department and
Street Department and in order to meet the oblibations incurred
in the operation thereof when and as due, the transfer of moneys
from the aforesaid accounts is necessary; now therefore, an emer-
gency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance being neces-
sary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
