AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED FIFTY -FOUR AND NO 1100 DOLLARS ($19254.00) FROM
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE PAY-
MENT OF MEDICAL SERVICES TO AN INJURED FIREMAN OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; PROVIDING THE PAYMENT THEREOF; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from Unappropriated
Balance in the General Fund the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred
Fifty -four and N01100 Dollars ($1,254.00) for the payment of
medical expenses incurred by an injured Fireman, Charles E.
Bailey. Said sum shall be dispursed for recognized medical bills
as follows:

SECTION 2. Subsection (11)F. 2. of Section 3 of Ordinance
11,442, same being the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little
Rock for 1964, is hereby amended as ;follows:

SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant
or warrants in payment of the aforesaid expenses.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
