ORDINANCE N0. 111495
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are.hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection A - Z -1633 - described as the West 200 feet of Tract 15, L.B.
Leigh and R. C. Butler's Acres - from: "A"- One - family District To:
Quiet Business District; and the remainder of Tract No. 15 of L. B; Leigh and
R. C. Butler's Acres - From: "A" -One- family District To: "F "- Commercial
District; and all of Tract No. 12 except the north one -half (W=) of the West
one -half (1,P2) thereof of L. B.Leigh and R. C. Butler's Acres - From: "A"-
One- family District To: "D "- Apartment District.
Subsection B - Z -1640 - described as all of Tract 31, L. B. Leigh and R. C.
Butler's Acres - From: "A"- One - family District To: "H"- Business District
Subsection C - Z -1622) - described as all of Tract 8, except the East 200 feet
thereof, Commonwealth Addition - From: "All- One - family ,District To: "F "-
Commercial District
Subsection D__ Z -1643 - described as the North 500 feet of the East 165
feet of Tract 9, Home Acres Addition- From:11AII- One - family to "I" -Light Industrial District
Subsection E__ Z -1486 - described as a tract of land in the NE' S`t'- Section
19, Township 1 North, Range 12 West described as follows:- Begin at the South -
crest corner of NE-' SU1-- Section 19, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, thence run
north along the west line of said NE's Std,'. for 10;.5 feet to a point on the
south right -of -way line of Mabelvale Pike, thence run northeasterly along the
south right -of -way line of Mabelvale Pike for 200 feet, thence by a deflection
angle to the right of 132 degrees 10 minutes from the last described course
for 35.6 feet, thence by a de-klection angle to the left of 42 degrees 04 minutes
for 60.6 feet; thence by a deflection angle to the right of 21 degrees 49 minutes
for 98.0 feet to a point on the south line of the NEI. SW"4 Section 19, Township
1 North, Range 12 West, thence run west along said line 201.7 feet to the point
of beginning - From: "A" -One- family District To: "H"- Business District.

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map ", be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section l hereof.
Section 3. ;That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
