ORDINANCE NO. 11,490
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTEEN
AND 06/100 DOLLARS ($6,718.06) TO STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND PRO-
JECT 2- CANTRELL ROAD; APPROVING PAYMENT TO THE ARKANSAS STATE
HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT OF THE SUM OF SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUN-
DRED TWENTY THREE AND 76/100 DOLLARS ($65,723.76) FOR THE CITY'S
SHARE OF COSTS INCURRED BY THE STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FOR RIGHT -
OF -WAY ON CANTRELL ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has previously appropriated Five
Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirteen and 56/100 Dollars
($526,413.56) to Street Right -of -Way Fund Project 2- Cantrell Road and
has expended Four Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Seven and
86/100 Dollars ($467,407.86), leaving an unencumbered balance of Fifty
Nine Thousand Five and 70/100 Dollars ($59,005.70); and
WHEREAS, an additional appropriation of Six Thousand Seven Hun-
dred Eighteen and 06 /100 Dollars ($6,718.06) is needed in order to pay
the Arkansas State Highway Department the sum of Sixty Five Thousand
Seven Hundred Twenty Three and 76/100 Dollars ($65,723.76) for the City's
share of costs incurred by said Department for right -of -way on Cantrell
Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
balance in the Street Right -of -Way Fund the sum of Six Thousand
Seven Hundred Eighteen and 06/100 Dollars ($6,718.06) to Street Right-
of -Way Fund Project 2- Cantrell Road.
SECTION 2. There is hereby approved the expenditure of Sixty
Five Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Three and 76/100 Dollars ($65,723.76)
from said Project 2 to the Arkansas State Highway Department as the
City's share of costs incurred by said Highway Department for right -of-
way on Cantrell Road.
SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant in payment of

moneys approved in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
